Graften / ConnectWise and HaloPSA

ConnectWise and HaloPSA integration for security findings

Findings that stay in a dashboard do not get fixed. Graften connects to your PSA so the gaps it finds become tickets your team already works from.

What the PSA connection does

Supported PSAs

PSACredentials Graften asks for
ConnectWise Managecompany id, public key, private key, base URL
HaloPSAsubdomain, client id, client secret, scope

Autotask, Jira, ServiceNow, Freshservice and Zendesk are also available as integrations. Credentials are encrypted at rest, and Test Connection makes a real call to the vendor before you rely on it.

Why this matters to the margin

An audit that ends in a PDF is a one-off. An audit that ends in tickets in your normal queue is remediation revenue you can scope, schedule and bill. Pair it with Essential Eight reporting so clients see the score move as tickets close.

Frequently asked questions

Can I choose which findings create tickets?

Yes. Ticket creation is driven by rules you define, with a trigger type and severity or score-drop thresholds, so you decide what raises a ticket.

If the client is not mapped to a PSA company, does the ticket fail?

No. Ticket creation continues without the company field. Mapping simply adds the company when it is available.
